As part of our sustainability promise, all of our courses are delivered on line by experienced instructors.

We don't do, death by Powerpoint, were the instructor talks at you for 7 hours while you stare at an over loaded slide deck. We have been there and experienced that, and its very painful! Yes, we do present via a slide deck, but, we are sticklers for engagement, our courses are immersive, with lots of module quizzes, round table discussions, group exercises, and not forgetting plenty of anecdotal tangents to keep you awake and engaged!

Apart from the Fundamentals 1 day courses, all of our courses have an exam,
which is included in the course price.
Exams are performed online at the end of a course. They are a combination of multiple choice questions and subjective answers. You will be required to gain a score 0f 75% to qualify for professional Certification. All attendees receive a certificate of attendance.

We are so confident in our course delivery, that if you fail the exam first time, we will give you a second go at the exam, absolutely free. Re-attempts are exam only, it does not include actual course attendance.
